These really helped. I wanted to try something different than the standard foam ear plugs I wear all of the time for my sensory issues. Good buy, I would recommend them. They are light weight and come with a carrying case.

These work amazingly well for AuDHD hearing sensory issues. The settings aren’t dramatically different but are enough to notice the difference. I was hesitant after reading some reviews regarding this model and almost got one of the other types. I’m glad I decided to go ahead though.
Putting them on in noisy/crowded environments is a significant improvement in being able to focus and be present. I can’t say that they will work for you specifically, but I keep them with me 100% of the time and just slip them in when needed. You’ll still need others to speak up or repeat themselves sometimes, but not having to wear expensive in-ear or bulky over-ear setups makes this extremely valuable.
I was a little concerned about the carrying case initially because its on a stretchy rubber ring and felt like it might break easily, but I keep it on my keychain and just use a little extra care to not put undue stress on the ring and its lasted for quite a while so far. Its very small visually and doesn’t take up a lot of pocket space, but works very well.
There is a very mild discomfort briefly on inserting them, but since they are not a sealed product in your ear they level out almost immediately and are comfortable to wear. The various sized ear canal inserts give a lot of flexibility and quick setup for anyone that struggles with earbuds.
Definitely will be buying another set if these wear out! I was a cautious/skeptical buyer since I initially saw these on social media and I’m not always a typical user, but they work very well and the cost is minimal for what they do.

These work as intended. They filter out just enough noise to reduce overstimulation, while still allowing me to converse and hear what is happening around me. They make it easier for me to manage being alive.

They’re super useful to dull and tune out overwhelming, sharp, or loud noises, and I didn’t typically need to ask anyone to speak up to make out what they were saying. The only downside is if someone is sitting more than three or four feet away from you their speech is kinda muffled, so this works best in settings where you’re right next to the person talking to you.

After doing lots of research I was unsure if this was going to work with help improving my gut health. And the effectiveness is real I used it for two weeks and noticed how much my symptoms were fading away. They were easy to swallow however I do recommend to put them in the freezer as they are extremely potent. You will also notice that your breath tends to smell like oregano.
